Search
Search, I use that box often on my browser, only sometimes I forget to use the right one. I prefer to use the Google one because it seems to do a more thorough search of what I am looking for. When I use the wrong search engine I end up missing certain things that I know are there, somewhere, because I’ve seen them. They came up last time.
This got me thinking about searching in life, and how we need to search in the right places or we miss possibly finding the answers, or the path we were looking for. It is there, but we are looking in the wrong place. Many questions are not based on someone’s search, but really looking to reinforce what they already know, or may want to believe.
My husband always says we need to be asking the right questions, not just any question. Sometimes we end up searching in the wrong place because we are not asking the right questions. Andy Stanley says we need to ask the wise question…
Based on where I have been, who I am now, and who I want to be, what is the wise thing to do?
I love that. We live in a day and age of infinite possibilities but not all searches lead me to a good and wise result. I need to search in the right place. There is one who know knows me, and is always the wise place to search for answers. He invites us to seek him (search for Him) and He promises to be found.
Your post has much wisdom! We need to ask the right questions. We need God’s guidance. I’m visiting from FMF.

Thank you for stopping by. So thankful that we can always go to God even when we don’t have a clue as what to ask. He is generous and gracious.
