“Only hour by hour gratitude is strong enough to overcome all temptations to resentment.” ― Richard Rohr
Practicing gratitude helps me stay on the tracks of abundant life. When I forget to look for God’s fingerprints and gifts I lose sight and tend to jump the tracks. It usually takes me a bit before realize I have left the tracks, but all of a sudden I hear discontentment and complaining flowing out of my mouth and taking residence in my mind. I want to live in the boundaries that help me see all of life, full of gifts that God has for me and for those around me. I want to go where those tracks lead.

Throwback Thursday… sometimes I focus on a thought for a short time and then I move on. I am realizing how often I need to come back to them and give them more attention. As I am usually late to the party, I am jumping on the old idea of throwback Thursday to revisit some of those ideas. Gratitude is always good to revisit these days.
