Some moments feel like the space between heaven and earth is open wider than others. This morning as I drove to school I felt the holiness of the new day. My last set of hills brought the sight of thick clouds below me. One of my favorite things about flying is looking down at the clouds. Today I had that same awe struck feeling as I came over the hill and saw thick white clouds covering the lakes, suspended between the hills. It seemed to me that the train of God’s robe was filling the space. I joined in the song of the ages: Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord God Almighty.

My name is Peggy. I was going to name this blog, "Late to the Party". My sons have been telling me to start a blog for many years. I think they wanted proof of my insanity. Now that my home school career is officially done, I thought I might jump into the waters. Books, tea, dark chocolate, laughter, and great conversation keep me moving on this crazy ride called life. Apparently, I really like to mix metaphors as evidenced by this description. View all posts by inkblotlife
