The sunset was in a different spot, and our room was not quite as it appeared online, but I chose to be fully present and look for the beauty and was rewarded with this treasure. I am trying to remember to fully enter in even when things do not go as I had hoped or planned, or when things look very different than I thought they would. As I practice resurrection, I remember that all things are being made new, and that there is beauty to be found even in places we least expected.

My name is Peggy. I was going to name this blog, "Late to the Party". My sons have been telling me to start a blog for many years. I think they wanted proof of my insanity. Now that my home school career is officially done, I thought I might jump into the waters. Books, tea, dark chocolate, laughter, and great conversation keep me moving on this crazy ride called life. Apparently, I really like to mix metaphors as evidenced by this description. View all posts by inkblotlife
